Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

A: Absolutely not. We don’t believe in holding our clients as prisoner. You pay weekly, and you can cancel literally anytime. If you have to miss a workout and give us a 24-hour notice, you’ll be credited for the session.

2

Q: Do you guys charge $100 per session like most gyms in the area?

A: No way! Our sessions are just $50, and that covers everything—expert coaching, a structured training program, nutrition coaching, and a supportive training environment. You get top-level personal training without the $100+ price tag.

3

Q: Do I have to pay a large upfront fee to get started?

A: Nope! We keep it simple—you’re billed weekly, and there’s no massive upfront cost. Plus, if life happens and you need to miss a session, just let us know 24 hours in advance, and we’ll credit it.

4

Q: What if I don’t see results?

A: We guarantee results. If you follow our program and nutrition guide for 30 days and don’t see progress, we’ll give you a full refund—no questions asked. That’s how confident we are in what we do.

5

Q: I’m out of shape. Will I feel out of place?

A: Not at all! Most of our clients start out feeling the same way, but within just a few sessions, they feel stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy working out. Everyone here supports each other—there’s no intimidation, just progress.

6

Q: I’m worried about the intensity. Will the workouts be too hard for me?

A: Not at all. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level. Whether you’re a total beginner or have been training for years, we customize the exercises so you get a challenge without feeling overwhelmed.

7

Q: What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

A: No problem! We work with people of all fitness levels, including those with past injuries or mobility issues. Every exercise can be modified to ensure you train safely while still making progress.

8

Q: Do I need to work out 5-6 days per week to see results?

A: Nope—less is actually more. Most of our clients train just 2-3 times per week and see amazing progress. The key is smart training, not excessive training.

9

Q: How is this different from traditional group fitness classes?

A: Unlike traditional group fitness, where everyone does the same workout regardless of skill level, our semi-private training is personalized, and we cap group sizes to 3 clients for the entire facility. Every session is designed to match your fitness level, goals, and any limitations you may have. You get the individualized attention of personal training without the high cost.

10

Q: Is this a boot camp?

A: No way. We don’t do random, high-intensity circuits or one-size-fits-all workouts. Every session is a structured, semi-private training session designed specifically for you and your goals.

11

Q: Do you provide nutrition guidance?

A: Yes! Every training program comes with a macro-based nutrition guide to help you fuel your body properly. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just eat better, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

12

Q: Do you offer open gym access?

A: No, we’re not an open gym—we focus strictly on personal training. That way, every client gets expert coaching and a structured workout in a focused, private environment.
