Connor left the corporate gym world to create Tampa Bay's #1 Private Fitness Studio, Heroes Fitness. As the founder and certified personal trainer, he's committed to delivering results through science-based training and nutrition. Now, as the Sales and Marketing Lead, he uses his fitness expertise to connect more people with Heroes Fitness’s transformative programs.
