Rallix
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy describes the Rallix app, made by Heroes Fitness. It covers information collected when you create a Rallix account and use Rallix. The Heroes Fitness website has its own privacy policy.
Rallix keeps the information needed for your account, including your sign-in email, name, and Community display name. Sign-in is handled by Supabase.
If you use Community, other people can find you only by entering the exact email address on your account, and only if you allow friend requests by email. That setting is on unless you turn it off under Account. Rallix does not tell the sender whether an email belongs to an account, and there is no public directory of members. Your email address is not shown to other users.
You can delete your Rallix account in the app under Account. Deleting removes your sign-in account and the data saved to it, including your food diary, training, achievements, usage records, and Community name, friends, requests, and blocks. Reports you made or that were made about you are kept without the links to your account. Food you shared that we approved as a public food stays available without your name or account attached. Backups are not edited when you delete your account. Copies in them age out on their normal schedule.
Food logs, calorie and macronutrient goals, water, weigh-ins, training programs, workout history, progression, achievements, Ranked Ladder activity, preferences, and other app activity may be saved to your Rallix account. This lets you use Rallix across devices and lets us operate and improve Rallix and track usage.
Your body weight is stored with your account. Rallix does not publicly display your body weight through Community, and Diary Sharing does not include it.
Packaged and generic food information shown in search, barcode lookup, and the diary may come from the fatsecret Platform API. USDA FoodData Central may be used when fatsecret does not provide a match. Nutrition information from those sources may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate for a particular product. Check the product label when accuracy matters. Using the food log is also subject to the fatsecret Platform API Terms of Use.
Rallix is for general information, fitness tracking, and coaching support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not diet, nutrition, or health guidance from Rallix or from fatsecret. It does not replace advice from a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
Community is optional. To run it, Rallix stores display names, friendships, friend requests, blocks, and reports. We do not use that information for advertising.
Do not use Community to harass, impersonate, threaten, exploit, or abuse another person, attempt to access information that was not shared with you, or misuse Rallix in ways that interfere with other users or the service. We may restrict Community access or accounts used for abuse.
If you use the Feed, friends may see activity you choose to share. That can include achievements, strength PRs, milestones such as workout counts, a finished program, or a food-logging streak, and Ranked Ladder activity. Friends can like a Feed card. You can control Feed sharing in Community settings, including whether strength PRs and Ranked Ladder activity are shared and whether your ladder name is shown.
Feed cards use neutral wording. They do not include your body weight or a weight-loss amount.
You may send a recipe to a friend. If they accept it, they can save a copy into their own recipes. That saved copy is theirs. Ending the friendship cancels the share. It does not remove a copy they already saved.
Diary Sharing is optional and one-way. You choose what a friend can see, and they choose what you can see. Sharing your diary does not give you their diary.
You choose the parts to share. Those parts can include calories and your calorie target, macros and macro targets, food entries, and water. You also choose how far back access goes: starting that day, the previous 7 days, or the previous 30 days. You choose how long it lasts: until you turn it off, 1 week, 4 weeks, or a date you pick.
A shared diary is read only, and only while the share is active. Rallix returns the parts you allowed. It is not a permanent copy on the other person's phone. You can stop sharing at any time, and the viewer can stop viewing. Removing a friend or blocking them ends active diary access, including days they could see before.
Diary Sharing does not include your body weight, workouts, Weekly Reports, or private Rallix Coach commentary.
You may share a copy of your workout program with a friend, or request a copy of theirs. A shared program may include the program structure, exercises, workout schedule, current program week, and set and rep targets. It does not include the sender's workout history, weights used, logged reps, RPE, pain information, private Coach information, achievements, or nutrition data.
Once a program is added, it becomes the recipient's own program. Later changes by the sender do not change that copy. The copy may remain after the friendship ends.
If you allow notifications, Rallix stores a device token, the platform, an app version, a time zone, and your notification preferences so it can deliver messages. Those messages can include account, Community, workout, and Rallix Coach notifications when the matching category is on. Delivery uses Apple or Google push services. You can change categories and quiet hours in Account, and you can turn permission off in your device settings.
Reading steps is optional and off until you turn it on in the app. If you connect Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android), Rallix asks only for permission to read your daily step count. Rallix does not read any other health data, and it never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect.
You can stop reading steps in Rallix at any time. You can also remove Rallix's access in the Health app on iPhone (Sharing, then Apps, then Rallix) or in Health Connect on Android. Deleting your Rallix account removes the step information saved to it.
We use Rallix information to provide the app, keep your account in sync, operate Community, send notifications you have allowed, respond to requests, and understand how Rallix is used so we can operate and improve it.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect Rallix information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Rallix is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
