Community, privacy, and sharing
Community is optional. You get a profile with a display name and handle. It can stay private, which means new followers need approval. Someone who is not connected can still see your name, handle, photo, and recipes you published. They do not see a private activity feed.
Your email is not shown. There is no public list of members. You can block someone, and you can report spam, harassment, or impersonation. Staff review reports.
Recipes, diary, and programs
- Public recipes can be discovered, liked, saved, and replied to. A saved copy belongs to the person who saved it.
- Diary Sharing is one-way and optional. You choose whether someone can see calories, macros, food entries, and water, how far back, and for how long. It does not include body weight, workouts, weekly reports, or private Coach notes.
- Workout Buddy shares a copy of a program: structure, exercises, schedule, and set and rep targets. It does not include your weights, logged reps, RPE, or nutrition.
- The weekly Ranked Ladder gives XP for showing up. You can control whether ladder activity is shared and whether your ladder name is your display name or an alias.
Smart Share is separate from Community. It makes a card for a recipe, workout, PR, or progress summary when you want to post it somewhere else. The privacy policy is the full account of what is stored.
