What is Rallix?
Rallix is an all-in-one fitness app built to help you train smarter, eat with more awareness, and actually understand your progress. Track calories and macros, follow adaptive workout programming, log your training, monitor long-term trends, and get personalized guidance from Rallix Coach — all in one place. Built by Heroes Fitness for iPhone and Android.
Is Rallix just a calorie tracker?
Not even close. Nutrition tracking is one part of Rallix. You can also follow adaptive training programs, log workouts, track strength and weight trends, use Rallix Coach, share recipes, and connect with other users. The goal is to bring your fitness picture into one place instead of making you bounce between separate apps.
Does Rallix create workout programs?
Yes — and this is one of the biggest things that separates Rallix from a basic workout tracker. Tell Rallix your goals, schedule, experience, and equipment, and Premier can build a structured program around you. Prefer to log your own workouts? That works too. Either way, the session in front of you stays clear and ready to train.
Does Rallix adjust workouts based on progress?
That is the point of adaptive training. As you train, Premier uses what you actually log — sets, reps, weight, and RPE — to help guide progression. The smart part stays behind the scenes. You open the workout and get to work.
Can beginners use Rallix?
Absolutely. Start with the days you can train and the equipment you have. Premier can build the plan from there, and food logging is approachable from day one — search or type, no ritual required.
Can experienced lifters use Rallix?
Yes. Log real weights, reps, and RPE. Track strength over time. Use Premier when you want Rallix to build and adjust the program instead of babysitting a spreadsheet.
Does Rallix track protein and macros?
Yes. Protein sits front and center with carbs and fat, next to your calorie target. You can see how the day is adding up while you still have time to do something about it.
Can I create recipes?
Yes. Build recipes once, log them again without the busywork, and publish ones worth sharing so other people can find, like, save, or reply.
Can I track body weight?
Yes. Log weigh-ins and follow the trend over weeks — so one random morning does not rewrite the whole story. Body weight stays out of Community and Diary Sharing.
Does Rallix track steps?
Yes. Connect Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android and Rallix can read your daily step count. Steps never change your calorie goal. Details are in notifications and steps.
What is Rallix Coach?
Rallix Coach turns the food, training, and weight you already logged into short, useful context. No blank-page chat — just guidance built from your own data. Premier adds a weekly review and Coach’s Cue, a short lesson based on where you are in training.
Is Rallix free?
You can track food and log your own workouts for free. Free accounts may see ads on Home, the food diary, and workout history. Rallix Premier unlocks adaptive programming, barcode scanning, deeper progress reads, and Coach’s Cue. Price shows in the app before you pay.
What is included in Rallix Premier?
Premier is where Rallix starts learning from how you actually train and eat:
- Adaptive programs built from your goal, schedule, and equipment
- Camera barcode scanning with no ads
- Longer progress reads that connect weight, food, and strength
- Weekly reviews
- End-of-program reports
- Coach’s Cue lessons each week
Food search, typed logging, and logging your own workouts stay available on Free. Full breakdown: Free and Rallix Premier.
Does Rallix work on iPhone?
Yes. Rallix is built for iPhone, including steps from Apple Health when you connect them. Join early access and be first to know when it launches on the App Store.
Does Rallix work on Android?
Yes. Rallix is built for Android, including steps from Health Connect when you connect them. Same early access list — we will tell you when it hits Google Play.
Does Rallix have community features?
Yes — built around training and food, not endless scrolling. Profiles, following, public recipes, likes, saves, replies, Diary Sharing, Workout Buddy, and a weekly Ranked Ladder. Start here: Community.
Is my profile private?
It can be. Private profiles ask followers for approval. Your email stays off your profile, there is no public member directory, and body weight never becomes Community content.
How is Rallix different from a basic calorie tracker?
A basic calorie tracker ends when the food is logged. Rallix keeps nutrition next to training, progress, and Rallix Coach — so the same log that tracks protein can also shape workouts and weekly context.
How is Rallix different from a basic workout tracker?
You still log sets, reps, weight, and RPE. Premier can also build the plan from your week and adjust from what you logged — with nutrition and progress sitting in the same app instead of living in a second one.
