Notifications and steps
Notifications are off until you allow them. Rallix can then send account, Community, workout, and Coach messages for the categories you leave on. Quiet hours are in Account. You can also turn permission off in iOS or Android settings. Delivery uses Apple or Google push services.
Steps
Steps are a separate permission, and they start off. iPhone uses Apple Health. Android uses Health Connect. Rallix asks only for the daily step count. It does not read workouts, heart rate, or other health records from those apps, and it never writes to them.
Daily step totals stay on the phone, for about twelve weeks, so you can see steps and a step goal. Older days are removed. They are also removed if you stop reading steps or sign out. The account stores the step goal, the days you hit it, and a weekly movement note when a Weekly Report mentions it. Steps do not change your calorie target.
If steps stay empty, check that Rallix still has permission in the Health app or Health Connect, and that the source you use is writing steps. Then force-quit Rallix and open it again.
